LAH Hair Return Policy

At LAH Hair, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Results Guaranteed

We believe in the effectiveness of our products. If you don’t see or feel any results, you can return the product at your own cost for a 100% refund minus a 10% handling fee. The return must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@lahhair.com.au to initiate this process.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

In its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To get a different item, return the original purchase, and once approved, place a new order separately.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
